Many application, admission and office forms come as fillable PDFs. Choose the form and its boxes appear on the pages, ready for typing. Tick the boxes, choose from the lists, then save a filled copy.
You can also lock the answers (flatten), so they become a fixed part of the page and cannot be changed by anyone else. Everything happens in your browser; the form is never uploaded.
Some PDF forms are just printed pages without fillable fields. The tool tells you so; then use Edit PDF to type your answers anywhere on the page.
Your answers are saved in the form, but this tool can only draw Latin letters into the boxes itself. For other scripts some PDF apps may not show the answers and the form cannot be locked; if that happens, type them on the page with Edit PDF instead.
